Our signature small group class consists of treadmill walking or running on varying inclines, or an indoor cycle option, combined with a full body strength floor workout.
We always use the Tabata format of 20-second intervals of work, followed by 10-seconds of recovery for 8 rounds, combined with our customized Tread Tabata® timer.

TREADMILL or BIKE + FLOOR COMBO
Our signature 45-minute, instructor-led workout of high-intensity (HIIT) interval style running, walking or indoor cycling, with varying speeds and inclines, paired with a full body strength workout on the floor. ALL intervals use the Tabata format of 20-seconds of work, followed by 10-seconds of rest, for 8 rounds. All levels.
Tread Tabata® LOW-IMPACT + STRETCH
TREADMILL or BIKE + FLOOR COMBO
A 45-minute, instructor-led workout of interval style running, walking or indoor cycling paired with low-impact full-body Tabata strength exercises on the floor. Less inclines on the treadmill, no jumping on the floor and lots of band work are the focus in this class. 15-minutes of stretch work round out this class which includes dynamic and static stretching to help increase range of motion, pliability, relieve muscle soreness and aid in your training to remain injury free. We may even throw a little yoga flow at you! All levels.
Tread Tabata® CLIMB
TREADMILL ONLY
50-min instructor-led, low-impact WALKING workout. After a warm-up, a 30-minute CLIMB on the treadmill, featuring steep inclines with flatter recoveries, set to pumping music. After the cool-down, a quick core floor series and a longer deep stretch, finish out the class. All levels.
